Gallery of Arts are shipped directly from the artisans to you. Our goal is to ensure that the artworks meet your
expectations when delivered. Our shipping and return policy is meant to address any concern you may have with your purchase.
Shipping
Artworks purchased through the gallery are shipped directly from the artisans. Shipping costs will vary depending on the state
and country of origin of the artwork. The destination country will determine rates for shipments outside of North America. Due
to some carrier restrictions, we may not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO.
We will e-mail you shipment confirmation along with a tracking number once your order ships. We have provided you with a
shipment-tracking tool in "My Account Information" screen. It will
help you track the progress of your purchase while in transit. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Artworks related questions should be directed to each artisan using "Contact Artist" button displayed in each artist's page.
Custom Duties and Tariffs
Payments of custom duties and tariffs are customers responsibilities. i-artz.com
does not collect duties or tariffis on behalf of any government or jurisdiction.
Returns
We have a 3-day return policy on all artworks from time of confirmed delivery. Artworks can be returned for refund during that
period. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will not be issued after 3 days. Artworks damaged during
shipping can be returned for repairs or replacement. An original piece can be substituted for another piece of comparable price.
E-mail must be sent to our Customer Care department within 3 days letting us know of your intention to return the artwork. We
will provide the return shipping address. The customer is responsible for shipping arrangements and related charges.
